What makes one different and what makes one’s life distinctive? It’s always details, only these little things in life can show your taste, therefore make you who you are, make your life what you want! Especially in fashion, the little details really matters and will make a big difference! And in my personal opinion, I’d really like to say that Stella McCartney’s really got the idea of details, just take a look at her playful invitations!
Every season in Paris, amidst the pile of show invitations, there is one always with a little fun attached. That would be from cheeky Brit Stella McCartney, who always attaches some kind of novelty or toy. Very interesting and playful, cute actually! From the detachable mini-fan of her spring 2005 show to the absolutely adorable Little Miss Stella children’s book of spring 2007 to the most recent—a teeny plastic violin with a bow (pictured above) so that you can play a tiny sonata of your own composing.
When did invitations turn to be so interesting? I’m sure people will be more than happy to receive such playful invitations, there’s suddenly more to expect in fashion weeks! Thanks McCartney, you’ve once again proved fashion can be creative in multi-ways! Just can’t wait to see what she comes up with for fall!

Fashion is an attitude, and the little things are usually the most suggestive and significant, thus you can see now, fashion’s everywhere, every little tiny corner in the world! Seriously, I love these little fashion gadgets!
The key chain on the left is Tiffany & Co. and the one on the right is Marc by Marc Jacobs. And as you all can see from the picture here, the similarity between the two designs is uncanny, to say the least!
The most obvious difference is the medium—Tiffany’s is made with sterling silver, while Marc’s is silver-plated brass. The Tiffany piece looks polished and sleek, while Marc’s has a faux-antique charm. Another big difference which really matters to our wallets, is the price tag: Tiffany’s cost $140; Marc’s cost $8.
Both key chains are cute, but then again copyright means a lot to me, however I found people really love Marc, I mean if it were Steve Madden or Forever21, I bet there will definitely be more boos out there, but in this case, they buy it while saying this really worth the $8! Well, personally I love the Tiffany one much better, looks a lot more shinning and exquisite! Yes, I hear you, “what do you expect for $8?!” Nevertheless, I will stick to the Tiffany one, seriously, we need the originality!

Bracelets are beautiful accessories that can lighten up your style, therefore most girls love bracelet. A single bracelet can do great change to your style. Personally, I’m not someone who wears a ton of jewelry. But when I saw the Parisian designer Aurelie Bidermann’s ‘Do Brasil’ bracelet, I simply fall. It’s just so gorgeous!
While I jumped on the friendship bracelet bandwagon last fall with one of editor-cum-designer Jenny Kang’s rhinestone styles laced with rhinestones, I can’t help but covet Bidermann’s Do Brasil gold and cotton thread version. Why? Because it’s sturdy, structured and bold without losing the kitschy appeal of the traditional style. I’ll wear it alone or with a watch or whatever else, really fun.
Very stylish and I’m actually dying for it, so how do you think?

We’ve talked about fragrances before, first the tiger one, then the Brooklyn one, so we’ve seen its elegance, beauty and fun. Then now we’re going to learn its cute energy. Ever imagined a perfume shaped like a cute little doll? Check it out!
Gwen Stefani and the lovely people at Harajuku Lovers have made you the Harajuku Girls Snow Bunnies Blockbuster Fragrance Set, valued at $150. These dear cuties are really adorable and each has its own personality. The Snow Bunnies set features Gwen’s Harajuku girls in their very stylish, wintry getup. “They’re fashion plates,” Gwen told StyleList. “G is me. Love is the sweet, organized, very traditional Japanese girl. Angel is the American Japanese girl — the cheerleader type who grew up in LA. Music is the tomboy, she’s an amazing dancer and very confident. Baby is the youngest, she likes to eat and complain.”
These cute little dolls are so interesting, adorable and smells so nice with good fragrance inside. Definitely the cutest perfume ever! Here’s the Valentino 2010 spring ready-to-wear show, a strong expression of elegancy and sexy. It is very weird that I’m not chilling watching these models in such clothes, I guess partly because my heart is quite going with these gorgeous dresses to be seen in streets this summer.
The collection Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli presented for Spring couldn’t have been more different from their reverent ready-to-wear debut of just over six months ago. Continuing down a path they started on during Couture in July, the duo is now designing with a new Valentino generation in mind—one that likes its party dresses short and isn’t afraid of sheer. “We wanted to tell a new fairy tale,” Piccioli said backstage. “We’re proud of the house heritage, but we wanted to give a personal point of view.”
He wasn’t kidding in one respect: There wasn’t a red dress in sight. Instead, he and Chiuri romanced the soft tones of nude, rose, lavender, gold, and gray that have become the big color story of the season. Their methods included swirling organza around the body and tying it off with a flamboyant bow, embroidering tulle T-shirt dresses in antique laces and geometric metal paillettes, and printing chiffon with black orchids. A couple of fitted leather jackets and minis embellished with laser-cut rosettes provided a bit of edge. Glass slippers didn’t figure in this story, but the London-based milliner Philip Treacy did whip up some fanciful footwear with lace wings arcing upward from the heels.
For short, this really was a well-timed step forward for the new Valentino duo, one that put the brand at the center of some of Spring’s key trends and started to give it a new relevance. So, are you ready for changes? The fashion world is, and it’s coming right up to you, better get ready for the storm!

Happy time always flies, and as we grew older the historical year of 1999 has been past for 10 years! Some people who have gained fame and treasure wanted to mourn the past decade, in the means of sucking to the lest of our wallets.
In honor of the new decade, Selfridges is honoring the one before last.
Rellik, Beyond Retro, IDEA and Work It are coming together to build a concept shop in the middle of the department store. Rellik will offer a stellar collection of not quite vintage clothes from the 90s including original Gaultier, Westwood and Alaia. IDEA will handpick the best books from the decade and Work It’s created two limited edition tees.
The pop-ups in store from January 11th to 29th, if you’re in the UK and manage to pick up a piece of 90s era Alaia, we’ll be scouring eBay for anything you don’t want. This time we’re really happy to pull out our wallet in the name of the past decade.

It’s Barbie’s 50th Birthday this year and since Americans just love Barbie Girls after all these years. The Fashion world really knows how to rob money from our pockets – almost every luxury brand has make their own Barbie productions. So was Louboutin, quite obvious huh?
If the Commes Des Garcons Barbie didn’t meet your doll needs – floral dress, blunt bangs, sweet heels – Christian Louboutin’s option’s finally available.
The man’s been celebrating Barbie’s 50th for almost a year till now. He kicked it off with 50 pairs of perfect hot pink heels at last February’s fashion show at Bryant Park and continued making her shoes throughout celebrations in London and Paris. While other designers tackled the whole doll earlier this year, Louboutin’s full look just landed on Net-a-Porter this week. His Barbie wears a catsuit, a leather headband over her flowing red locks, and comes with four pairs of Louboutins (each pair comes with its own box and red velvet shoe bag, naturally).
Looks like Cat woman more than Barbie to me, still, it’s beautiful and exquisite! So exquisite even those tiny high heel looks just like the real ones, and feels alike too. So it might really worth that $160 to Louboutin lovers!
